About Sarah

Sarah Beston, MA, E-RYT, is a Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Inner Wellness Coach, and Writer based in Los Angeles. Through her teachings and guidance, Sarah hopes to inspire others to overcome self-imposed limitations, helping them to uncover their individual truths and (re)discover their most authentic selves.

FAQ

  • How long will I have access to the retreat?

    Once purchased, you will have access to the course for one year. You can do the classes at any time and as many times as you'd like.

  • What's included?

    You will receive 5 - 45-minute yoga flow classes, 5 meditations, and 5 daily reflection exercises with daily journaling prompts.

  • How much time do I have to complete each session?

    All 5 days of the retreat will be available to you right away. It is suggested that you follow the classes in order, but you can take as much time as you'd like and revisit classes for up to a year.
